Always prepare for passing an oncoming vehicle. As the vehicle approaches, bear to the right to widen the corridor of air between you and the oncoming vehicle to minimize the ensuing negative pressure.
Slow down, downshift then accelerate to bring the trailer back into line once the vehicle has passed.
