The trailers we design and manufacture at HUBIÈRE are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for 2 years, with no limits on mileage, and starting from the date the trailer is invoiced.
The warranty is limited to the cost free replacement of parts recognized to be faulty but cannot be considered binding on the liability of Remorques HUBIÈRE in the event of personal accidents or facts and/or events resulting from any such faults or defects.
This warranty covers the free of charge repair or replacement (parts and labour), except in the following cases:
■ The replacement of parts affected by normal wear and tear in proportion to the mileage (tyres, brake linings, bulbs, suspension…).
■ Failure to observe the basic rules of servicing and care.
■ Failure to allow for the characteristics of the trailer, and especially its payload.
■ Changes not specifically authorized by the technical services at Remorques HUBIÈRE.
■ The tarnishing of hot-dip galvanized components.
■ Damage caused by accidents.
■ Damage caused by natural phenomena.
